Internet connections for laptops

The wireless Internet connections located in the library stacks are to be used by UL students, faculty, and staff only. Physical Internet connections are located on the second floor hallway of the library. You must configure your computer with a wireless card or built-in wireless to access and register with the University's official wireless network (UWIN). Non-UL laptop users will not be able to use the Internet because of the university's "Net Reg" regulations. All computer users who want to use the UL network must have a UCS account (CLID and Password). This UCS account is not available to non-UL patrons except by special request by contacting University Information and Media Networks at (337)482-6418.

Library patrons are expected to comply with the ULL published policies on the use of computers and network resources. They may be viewed at http://infotech.louisiana.edu/.
